Last time there are 2 options, once you have registered for online statement, you can actually get it from maybank2u web. You can also request at the maybank branch.

request maybank branch if u have the time to go. got fee.
it takes 1 working day if not mistaken. not sure. as of mine. i request on monday the officer ask me to come n collect the statement on tuesday.
fee will be deduct from ur acc.

This is a problem with local banks, but I dunno about Maybank
I once tried to go to RHB bank to get a statement, any RHB bank, they tell me to go to the branch I did account. I said I'm in JB now, if I did in KK or Perlis how? I've to go there is it?
In the end also cannot get, need to ask that branch to fax to me.
So for local banks need to check first.
International bank can go any branch to get statement
